Saibeen complex has been mangalore's shopping spot and hang out for a quite a long time. After the comming up of Bharath mall there has been talks that saibeen has lost some of its crowd.

The saibeen complex is not a complex nor a mall. I have been there a year ago, and when i entered over there i felt i am in a slum area. Its no where to the standard of a petty shop in Newyork but people of mangalore enjoy that place i am afraid that they have any other place.
