Rare surgery at Yenepoya Hospital

Yenepoya Hospital doctors succeeded in removing out a tumor from woman’s heart.

Zainabba is the lucky woman (38), who had undergone the surgery.

Cardiologist Dr Paul Vargheese found that, it was a very dangerous tumor and might result in heart attack. The operation was handled very successfully by a team of Cardiologists Dr Harish R, Dr Gopalkrishna and Dr Rakesh M G, which continued for 5 hours.

Such a rare case can be found in 0.5% people. The operation was performed at a very concessional rate.
